4. Return or Exchange intimation should be emailed to info@fantowin.in or WhatsApp to +91 6395214856 within 5 days of receiving the products.
5. The amount will be refunded via NEFT after the QC team pass the Product (Generally it takes 10 working days).
6. All the delivery times are calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and lockdown scenarios.
